    1. Participant administration
      To provide e-learning or other services we need your name and contact details (address, telephone number, e-mail etc.) in order to admit you to a course. We register your participant and/or training details as necessary either electronically or in printed form, and update the information as necessary.
    2. Use of your e-mail address for transmitting information
      If you register to receive our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address to provide information about KIXKO until you unsubscribe. You will receive information about our training programmes, new opportunities, specials, and occasionally e-mails relating to a specific event, for example an invitation to a conference. You can withdraw your consent for us to send you newsletters or e-mails with future effect at any time.
    3. Other data processing (website)
      The use of our website is generally possible without revealing any personal data. Should personal data be collected on our pages (for example name, address or e-mail address) this is purely voluntary and as a rule only for the implementation of the services you have expressed interest in and for further correspondence.
    4. Feedback
      We may post your feedback concerning our website and/or products on our websites or on other social media sites. Such feedback may contain personal data such as your name, when you freely consent. If you wish to remove your feedback, contact us at info@kixko.com.

Should KIXKO have recourse in this context to external service providers, their access is strictly limited to what is needed to fulfil the contract or to provide the service. Through technical, organisational and legal measures we ensure that data protection regulations are also adhered to by our external service providers. Under no circumstances do we pass on data to third parties for advertising purposes.
  • KIXKO processes and stores your personal data as long as this is necessary for its contractual or legal obligations, or as long as we have your consent.
  • Your data is processed on the KIXKO server located in Houston, Texas, USA.
  • According to the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2018 you have the right of access to personal data whereby you can request information related to personal data being processed by KIXKO. You have the right to block the processing of personal data likely to cause damage or distress. You have the right to block, erase or destroy personal data.
  • Within the framework of our business relationship you must provide the personal data necessary for us to conduct this relationship or that we are legally obliged to collect.
