Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration may be made up to three(3) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation must be made by contacting KIXKO Inc. from the ​ContactUs page. Cancelled orders are automatically refunded using the same payment process as the registration and cannot be reinstated.

Refund Policy

Upon notification of a cancellation, KIXKO will refund the full purchase price less bank charges and a $20 administration fee, except where one of the following has taken place:

1. The course has been started but not completed during allotted time period,
2. The course has been completed,
3. A certificate has been issued,
4. Course credits have been reported.

Courses are accessible for up to one year, depending on industry. Re-entry into a course will not be granted after the course expiration date.
